ABOUT LISA LIND
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, is a Level 1 Integrative Health Practitioner, and a Certified Yoga Instructor with 200 hours of training.
With a passion for helping women embrace their inner and outer beauty, she founded the Midlife Radiance Project to support midlife women in glowing from the inside out. Combining her knowledge of movement, nutrition, and mindfulness, she empowers women to cultivate balance, vitality, and radiance in every season of life.
